How do you use ErgiloHallux?

  • Release the wire by pulling up the adjustment dial (button).
  • Place the silicone pad over the big toe joint – it should rest comfortably against the skin.
  • Secure the wide strap underneath the foot. Adjust it so it fits firmly without causing friction.
  • Wrap the toe strap around the big toe so it gently moves outward. Avoid tightening too much – the correction should happen gradually.
  • Turn the dial to increase or decrease the tension until you feel a gentle pull toward a straighter toe position.
  • Adjust the heel strap so the support stays securely in place, even while resting or sleeping.

👉 Preferably use it for longer periods while resting or during the night, and increase the tension gradually. NOTE! Start with 30 minutes the first time and then gradually increase the time by 30 minutes at a time until you can sleep through the entire night with the corrector.
