At Ergilo, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee, making it easy to return or exchange your item if it doesn’t suit you.
Size Exchange – We Cover the Return Shipping!
If the size doesn’t feel right, we’ll gladly help you exchange it. We’ll send out a new pair in your preferred size, and you’ll receive a prepaid QR code to easily return the shoes – completely free of charge.

Returns & Refunds
If you instead wish to return your shoes completely, we offer a prepaid QR code for an easy return process. For refunds, a SEK 100 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–7 business days, depending on your chosen payment method.
Unclaimed Packages
If you do not collect your package and it is returned to us, it will be treated as a return. In such cases, you as the customer are responsible for any additional costs incurred, including return shipping fees.
How do I make a return or exchange?
- Contact us at info@ergilo.com and include your order number.
- We will send you a prepaid QR code for the return.
- Drop off the package at your nearest postal service point.
- For size exchanges, we’ll send out your new size right away!
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, we recommend that you:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Check with your bank regarding any processing times.
