How long will it take to receive my package?
- Our delivery time is 5–12 days from the time your package has been shipped. We strive to dispatch orders every business day. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to high demand with the shipping carriers.
Which delivery carriers do you use?
- We use PostNord, EarlyBird, and CityMail to deliver our products.
How do I make a return or exchange?
- Contact us at info@ergilo.com and include your order number.
- We will send you a prepaid QR code for the return.
- Drop off the package at your nearest postal service point.
- For size exchanges, we’ll send out your new size right away!

Can I return my product?

The product is out of stock, when will it be available again?
- We always try to keep products in stock so they can be ordered on our website. However, demand can sometimes be higher than expected. If you would like updates on when a product is back in stock, you can subscribe to our newsletter.
